• Deposit: 50% within 7 days of booking.
• Balance to be paid on arrival.
• In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded up to 14 days prior to arrival, less 10% administration fee.
• During peak season the full balance is to be paid at least 21 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Short notice cancellation policy in the event of a Code Red (Catastrophic) fire danger warning which advises you to either not to travel to this district – or to leave this district - will mean that a refund of the tariff for that day will be reimbursed to you. (i.e a % of your stay will be refunded). Alternatively, in the event of a warning being advised, a credit note to the value of your deposit can be used at another time (*conditions apply).

*Conditions – ‘credit note valid for 12 months from date of cancelled booking - not valid for peak holiday weekends, school holidays, or peak season.

A 3 % fee will be charged for payments made by credit cards.

Checkin in anytime after 3.30pm – Checkout anytime prior to 10.30am
